### Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and driven Support Representative to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a part-time Support Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that our services and products are delivered with excellence. Our ideal candidate is adaptable and possesses strong teamwork and research skills, enabling them to provide comprehensive support to our clients and internal teams.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Support:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause, developing effective solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

- **Product & Service Knowledge:**
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, services, and policies to provide informed support.
- Assist customers in navigating our platforms, including troubleshooting technical issues when necessary.

- **Data Utilization:**
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends in customer inquiries, feedback, and service performance.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.

- **Research & Development:**
- Conduct research on customer concerns and industry trends to enhance service quality and customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to broaden your knowledge and skills, keeping abreast of new services and updates.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work effectively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and resources to support collective goals.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to escalate unresolved issues or improve service procedures.

- **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
- Generate regular reports on support metrics, customer feedback, and operational challenges to aid in strategic decision-making.

### Requirements:

- **Education & Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: A self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about achieving personal and team goals.
- Adaptable: Able to pivot in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Teamwork:** Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- **Research:** Strong research skills to analyze and interpret customer inquiries and feedback effectively.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with basic data analysis tools.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
