Svip Customer Service

Details of the offer

• Maintain good relationship with SVIP users. Analyze and understand user's preference and promote them with suitable strategy/events to boost recharge
• Follow up SVIP users inquiries and provide good service to solve issues in app. Increase user engagement and their monthly recharge amount
• Look on competitive apps events/policies and recruit spenders from other apps
• Maintain a database with up-to-date SVIP users information. Do regular data analysis of their recharge and create follow up strategy

Requirements:
• Familiar with live streaming app. Have good connections with spenders. Previous working experience in live streaming app is preferable
• Good service mindset to create customer engagement
• Good at data operation, such as Excel and Google Spreadsheet
• Self-motivated, highly-responsible. Good analytical thinking and communication skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
