About the RoleWe are offering a 6-month internship with the Swift APAC Talent Acquisition (TA) team.As a TA intern, you will have the opportunity to learn the end-to-end hiring process, along with gaining exposure to vendor management, stakeholder management, university engagement, and employer branding.
This internship also provides a broader learning experience beyond Talent Acquisition, offering insights into the full spectrum of HR functions from world-class HR practitioners.What to Expect:As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruiting team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the hiring process.
Your responsibilities will include:Assisting the Talent Acquisition Team with key hiring tasks such as initiating background screenings, generating offer letters, processing one-time payments, etc.Leading the recruitment of interns for HR and other business functions within Swift APAC.Contributing to employer branding and university engagement initiatives alongside recruiters.Preparing and maintaining weekly reports, including pre-employment background check updates.Assisting with the communication and promotion of the employee referral program.What Will Make You Successful:Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Communications, or any related field (students from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply).Strong proficiency in verbal and written English.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt in a dynamic environment.Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.What we offerWe put you in control of careerWe give you a competitive packageWe help you perform at your bestWe help you make a differenceWe give you the freedom to be yourselfWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
