About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team in attracting and recruiting top talent. This internship provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in supporting our HR initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:



-Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks.


-Assist in screening potential employee resumes to identify suitable candidates.


-Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in scheduling interviews.


-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to secure pipelines for strong candidates.


-Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.


-Participate in career fairs, and employee branding initiatives to promote our employer brand.


-Work with the People team to enhance data management as needed.

; Requirements:-  Key Qualifications and Requirements:



-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.


-Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.


-Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.


-Prior internship or coursework in HR or recruitment is desirable but not required.


-Professional Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Malay.
