**Responsibilities**:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.- Collaborate with BPO project managers and client representatives to understand their recruitment needs and timelines.- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to BPO recruitment.- Provide guidance and support to project managers and HR team members on recruitment-related matters.- Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.**Salary**: RM3,007.20 - RM12,153.27 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Talent acquisition: 10 years (preferred)- BPO: 10 years (preferred)- ATS: 10 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
