Job Description The incumbent will be a Talent Acquisition (TA) partner to provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
Manage full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
Proactively direct source for talent through social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other innovative channels Build relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
Ensuring that the recruitment adhere to the agreed Service Level Agreement with the respective business lines Actively engaging the various stakeholders with relevant information e.g.
talent movements, salary information, etc.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in preferably from both agency and in-house environment Experience in the engineering / construction industry would be advantageous Excellent written/verbal, interpersonal communication, negotiation and analytical skills Strong knowledge of employment market and talent sourcing channels Proficient in computer skills and experience with a major Applicant Tracking System (Taleo, Kenexa, SuccessFactors, etc) Independent and confident to work with candidates and stakeholders across various levels Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture Additional Information #LI-DC1 About AECOM AECOM is the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
