-Offer Management

-Promote the company's culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.
-Attend job fairs and networking events to represent the organization and engage with potential candidates.
-Reporting and Analytics
-Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
-Track and report on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
-Continuous Improvement
-Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
