Job Description Working Arrangements: Hybrid  Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of high-quality visual content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, print materials, and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and objectives.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand Departments to understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand visibility.
Oversee and mentor junior graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure high standards of design quality.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and budgets while maintaining a focus on creativity and quality.
Utilize advanced design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and others to create compelling graphics and layouts that engage target audiences.
Conduct thorough research on design trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform creative decisions and keep designs relevant and impactful.
Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, articulating creative ideas and rationales while incorporating feedback to refine final deliverables.
Maintain an organized digital portfolio of work, showcasing completed projects and design processes, while actively contributing to team knowledge-sharing and best practices.
Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.
Expertise in using design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective designs that meet strategic objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for design and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in graphic design practices.
Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
