DescriptionTeam Lead - General Accounting & TreasuryThe Role:
We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to oversee the General Accounting and Treasury functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
This includes tasks such as journal postings, RTR maintenance, report preparation, reconciliations, and tax submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee reconciliation tasks, including Bank, Inventory, FA (Fixed Assets), Clearing account, Prepayment, and Accruals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Act as the owner of the General Ledger Account Master and Fixed Assets (FA) register, ensuring accurate maintenance and updates.
Supervise the month-end RTR (Record to Report) process, ensuring the timely completion of closing and reporting activities.
Coordinate with external parties, such as auditors, tax agents, and others, ensuring that all requirements and queries are handled efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of Five (5) Years of Experience in General Accounting
Experience in Fixed Assets Management and Record-to-Report (RTR) Processes (Preferred)
Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
Ability to Handle Escalations and Work Under Pressure
Proactive, Self-Motivated, and Capable of Leading a Team
