Team Leader (Sales)

JOBSCOPE:- Develop, coordinate and execute marketing strategy to grow supporter base to secure long term and increased funding- Managing a team of sales working on events, roadshows, streets and booths at shopping malls and etc- Lead from the front by achieving personal sales targets as well as team sales targets- Training, motivating, performance managing, developing and progressing our staff- Coaching and mentoring the team for success- Work closely with different departments to maximize the output- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign for continuous improvement**What we're looking for**:- **At least 1 years of experience in leading a team of people in the field and drive sales.**- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.- Resilience and determination- Adaptability - you must be comfortable with constant change- An energetic, efficient, motivated, and resourceful self-starter- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Commission pay- Performance bonusWork Remotely:- No
