About the role Guhring (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Team Leader - Tool Management to join our dynamic team in Selangor. As a full-time team leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of our tool management department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing To overall monitor the project management for Tool Management System (TMS).To provide administration support, and work with team on reporting, scheduling, store, quality control, vending machines running in proper way.To work with German team on the continual improvement on optimizes solutions/tooling improvement.To work with team providing technical support/trouble shooting to the customers when requiredTo work with German IT team to ensure the IT and networking supporting for the tool vending machineTo set up/participant in weekly/monthly etc review meetings with customers and work out the working plan base on the reviewDevelop strategy to grow the market in TMS field and execute it together with team.To provide support for Guhring Singapore & Malaysia market when there is TMS opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tool management processesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendationsWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a tool management or related industryStrong understanding of tool management principles, inventory control, and supply chain managementExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsProven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set targets and objectivesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationProficient in using relevant tools and software for data analysis and reportingAbility to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong working experience in metal cutting products and experience working in technical manufacturing environment. Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information.
