Job Description: Attend the electrical breakdown, troubleshot and repair works at the respective sections and at the areas in need and advised by electrical engineers.Carry out in-house electrical works including maintenance, inspection and testing as assigned by the management.Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects.Maintain and practice safe working procedure at all times of work and responsible to the subordinate.Carry out maintenance activities with the right at the first-time attitude and as advised by the superiors.Co-operate with maintenance team in assisting, sharing and complete a delegated job in time.Perform hands-on routine day to day and preventive / shift maintenance work of as per schedule.To involve in the energy saving, cost saving & Improvement activities.To involve in the emergency preparedness and response team during an emergency.Any other duties which may assigned by superior.Assist in the maintenance of the entire building and carry out periodic inspections / scheduled preventive maintenance inspections on all M & E systems and public property of the building (Residential / Commercial) e.g. pump system, sump pump system, fire extinguishing system, swimming pool system, lighting, elevator, public pipe, sewerage system, air conditioning and others.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other building-related problems with little supervision.Check / supervise maintenance and contractor services on the building.Receive owner / tenant complaints related to damage (during the damage liability period), public property and public areas of the building.Carry out other maintenance / facility tasks as assigned from time to time.
