Technical Engineer Cloud

Roles and Responsibilities: Infrastructure and Operational Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day infrastructure services to ensure continuity in business-as-usual (BAU) operations.Technical Support for Virtualized Environments: Provide specialized support for Windows OS within virtual platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud-based Windows solutions in Azure.Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, including health checks, patching, and configuration adjustments, to maintain optimal system performance.Incident and Problem Management: Resolve system and network issues, escalating complex issues as needed to minimize downtime.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports on system status, network activity, backups, replication, and other ad hoc requests.After-Hours Rotation: Participate in on-call rotation to provide support during non-businessOn rotation standby after office hour. Requirements: Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Experience: At least 2 years of experience with Windows OS, networking, or security components, including at least 1 year in VMware operations or a similar virtualization environment.Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of IT troubleshooting, cloud-based solutions (Azure preferred), network diagnostics , and TCP/IP routing.Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong leadership, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic IT environment.
