Role and Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance Planning: Collaborate with the Manager on resource planning for specific accounts, coordinating Preventive Maintenance activities, and reviewing related reports as applicable.Operations Monitoring: Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA compliance.Technical Support: Provide support for Windows/Linux OS, firewall, and other infrastructure services.Incident Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for effective incident and request management.Escalation Contact: Serve as the main contact for escalated incidents and requests.Reporting: Generate performance reports and update clients and stakeholders regularly.Maintenance and Patching: Conduct preventive maintenance, including health checks, patching, and configurations.Incident and Problem Management: Resolve server, network connectivity, access issues, and manage vendor relations.Stakeholder Notifications: Escalate and notify stakeholders per company policies and process flow.Ad Hoc Reporting: Prepare reports on OS, network, backup, and replication as needed.On-Call Support: Participate in rotation for after-hours and shift-based support. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years with Windows/Linux systems, including network or security components (e.g., firewalls), and preferably 3 years in VMware or any virtualization environment.Certifications: VCP, CCNA, or other relevant certifications, along with familiarity with ITIL processes, are beneficial.Network and Security Proficiency: Experience with routers, switches, TCP/IP routing, network packet analysis, and security products such as Trend Micro, Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto Networks, and Citrix ADC.Communication: Strong communicator with effective customer management skills; Team Skills: Actively fosters a positive team environment.Leadership and Self-Motivation: Demonstrates leadership, self-motivation, and independence, with a proactive approach to learning and task ownership.
