Technical Reference Support

Job Description Generate accurate registration of brands and models following datasheets and catalogs of instruments,  identifying their technical characteristics.Perform timely and accurate database checks and updates (to the Master Library) for brands and models of test & measurement instruments.Assist in maintaining the database (Master Library) in compliance with internal procedures.Perform support and helpdesk activities for global users of the Master Library system according to the ticket system.Perform ad hoc jobs as assigned by the Technical Reference Administrator.Job Requirements Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.Basic experience in Calibration or Testing of Electrical Equipment would be an advantage.Basic level of knowledge of metrological instruments, at least in the areas of Electrical/Electronics or Instrumentation.Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)Good skills in writing and fluent English speaking for communication between other regions
