Join the dynamic team at Tecnomic Systems Sdn Bhd as a Technical Support Engineer. In this full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and solutions to our valued customers within the telecommunications industry.
What you'll be doing Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly and effectivelyDiagnose and resolve hardware and software problems experienced by customersProvide comprehensive product training and support to ensure customer satisfactionCollaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement solutions for complex technical challengesMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical support activitiesContribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and proceduresWhat we're looking for Relevant technical qualification or certification in telecommunications or a related fieldFresh Minds are welcomeExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholdersAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field -This will be shift job based on rotation.
-Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts (in Office or in Home)
