Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge of basic networking.
Computer and analytical skills.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of printers manufactured by HP, Brother, and Xerox.
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Install new printers, configure printers on the network, and maintain the proper function of standalone printers, scanners, or network printers.
Comfortable with copying, faxing, producing images, and addressing other printer-related issues.
Timely checks and maintenance of all printing equipment, identifying and resolving malfunctions and hardware failures.
Responsible for installing new software and upgrading existing software.
