Technician

We are looking for a high-caliber Technician to join Beaconhouse Malaysia. VACANCY: Technician - Sri Inai International School Job Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Minimum 3 - 4 years' work experience preferably in a school or building environmentThe skills and knowledge required would generally be obtained with previous experience in building overall maintenance workUnderstanding of the building lawExecution and supervision of repairs and maintenance works in accordance with the local by-laws and procedures English & Bahasa Malaysia (Fluent), Mandarin an added advantage Key Duties: Handling basic repairs and maintenance.Attending plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, minor electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance (major repairs will refer to vendors).Supporting the school's daily operating tasks and special projects as and when required when the need arises.Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.To do daily routine checklist and to provide to Building Maintenance Supervisor on a daily basisTo maintain and upkeep of school compound and perimeter surroundingTo attend any assignments given in other Beaconhouse Malaysia school sites by the Regional Office Facility Department To be on standby for emergencies as and when needed.Any other task or project as assigned by the Management from time We look forward to working with you
