To install, repair, parts replacement and maintain all types of automatic doors systems.Attend site coordination, planning works, measurements and pre-installation works. Able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems on automatic doors and door systems. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations that will meet their requirements and budget.Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests.Following up to ensure that all work is completed to customer satisfaction.Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and industry standards. Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.Able to work for extended hours to complete urgent jobs and when required. Available on ad hoc basis to attend non schedule service and repairs when required.Able to travel.Stay up to date with industry trends and advance technology to provide the best service and solutions.Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order and are compliant with industry standards.Resolve urgent issues by arranging immediate repairs and taking preventive measures to avoid recurrent faults.Ensure all documents (DO/ Service reports/ T&C document) are signed by customer and return to coordinator for filling.Minimum Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent with working experience.Candidates without a Diploma but having good experience in a similar field are welcome to apply.Must be willing to work extra hours as required due to breakdown complaint from customer.Able to work independently and perform on-site installations and co-ordinate with clients/ main contractor at project site.
