Job Description To monitor, implement & maintain mechanical system, facilities and assets, equipments in hospital environment. To provide technical solutions, supports and reports in accordance to the contractual obligations and statutory requirements. To monitor & provide necessary support in systems integration of services by assisting the administration, maintenance and implementation of hospital services facilities and resources. To develop, maintain and monitor the implementation of Quality management system by coordinating, training and guiding employees in adhering to the requirements as per procedures. To ensure and enforce full compliance of safety and healthy practices & procedures of QSHA and other safety regulationsOne Medicare Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 5th October 2012. One Medicare Sdn. Bhd. (OMSB) was awarded the Hospital Support Service provider for the state of Sarawak since its inception on 1st April 2015. The six (6) services that are provided by OMSB are Facilities Management Services (FMS), Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS), Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services (BEMS), Linen and Laundry Services (LLS), Healthcare Waste Management Services (HWMS) and Cleansing Services (CLS).Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
