**Job Descriptions**:- Survey electrical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary with health and safety standards.- Conduct the routine checklist and service.- To monitor and control the servicing contractor.- Check the routing checklist, greasing & service as per Procedure with health and safety standards.**Job Requirement**:- AO certification is required.Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
