JOB PURPOSE
To contact potential or existing customers in order to inform them about a product or service provided by the bank. (Outbound Call)
Location: Menara Glomac, Kelana Jaya. Duration: 1-year Fixed Term Contract Working Hour: 08:45 AM - 05:45 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Make telephone calls to new to bank / existing customers to promote Bank's products. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. Achieve budgeted campaign and specified targets. Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of bank's products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns. Participates in campaign briefings to effectively promote the Bank's products and services. Inquiry and request must be raise using case management with minimum error, within required timeline and customer information are protected. Usepany script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls. Provide feedback and input to Line Managers on customersments for products enhancement and innovation. Exercise sound credit, customer service in accordance with the Bank objective, policies and guidelines. Undertake and administrative task delegated by Team Leader/Supervisor. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE Bachelor's Degree in any field (fresh) or SPM/Diploma holder least 2 years' experience in telemarketing preferably in banking & insurance product. Interpersonal skills in handling / attending to customer'splaint at point of contact with minimum supervision. Excellentmand in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written). General knowledge inplaint management, banking policies and regulations. Customer centric and a strong team player. Proficient in MS Office. Fresh Graduate are wee to Apply! Job ID JR100449
