Job Scope:
• To perform outbound calls using database provided by the company.
• Required to educate and explain precise information/ service/ offers to clients.
• Gathering client’s information and insights.
• To achieve all KPIs are as per requirements.
• Result oriented and self-motivated individuals.
• To liaise with inter-departments on clients’ enquiries.
• To highlight incidents to manager for corrective and prevention actions.
• To consolidate and compile sales team weekly report for meeting.
• Review weekly progress with Manager.
• To set appointments for Sales team with customer
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related fields
• Must be able to communicate well in English and Malay
• Preferably with telemarketing experience.
• Pleasant voice tone with a positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently, strong work commitment, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent persuasion skills.
• Possess the passion for customer service
