In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling.
Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to offer tailored solutions.
Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
The Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments Able to converse in English and Mandarin (bonus to have) The Employer Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive Business Consultancy services, specializing in Recruitment, Marketing, Human Capital Consultancy, Tech Services based in Singapore (Headquarter), Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.
