Axcel Partner is a leading provider of comprehensive Business Consultancy services, specializing in Recruitment, Marketing, Human Capital Consultancy, Tech Services based in Singapore (Headquarter), Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.The RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telesales Consultants.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling.Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to offer tailored solutions.Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales roleYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilienceYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsAble to converse in English and Mandarin (bonus to have)What's on Offer?Flexible working optionsAttractive Salary & High CommissionOpportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceWork with a team of seasoned sales professionalsExpand and build your own clientele of network
