Telesales Specialist

-Conduct outbound calls and use social platforms to personally welcome newly registered customers and use closing techniques to persuade customers to purchase our product.-Develop and execute strategies to work on finding a potential customer through various channels including call and social media to boost sales.-Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly to achieve monthly target.-Seek feedback from customers to have sight on their participation journey, keep record of insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.-Handling acknowledging rejections and provide alternative approach even in difficult situations. -Sales Experience: Candidates with 1 year+ experience as a telesales/call center (outbound) representative or in a related sales function are required. -Multilingual Proficiency: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia with exceptional command in reading, writing, and presenting.-Basic Microsoft Office products in PowerPoint and Excel.-Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.-Interpersonal Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.-Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.-Results-Driven: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets.-Confident, enthusiastic, professional, and pro-active approach.
