JR67821 Test Process Technician
Responsibilities:
Diagnose Manufacturing Test equipment, Automation, Shop Flow System, and operational errors at the first level.
Compile and pass down shift test engineering issues.
Implement, communicate, assess, and evaluate plan results.
Evaluate problems using validated troubleshooting methods.
Maintain accurate records/documentation in the equipment tracking system.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Calibrate area equipment.
Select and use appropriate test equipment and tools.
Ensure the reliability of data.
Measure process metrics.
Identify equipment inaccuracies or inefficiencies.
Communicate trends in machine performance.
Address deviations or inefficiencies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidate must at least graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduate is highly recommended.
Knowledge in Basic Electrical & Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic.
Able to work cooperatively with cross functional team to investigate and fix operation error.
Report compilation, Report writing, Data Analyze and basic risk assessment.
Good communication skills in English and Malay language.
