Description Primary Objective: To coordinate Management/Department projects/initiatives/enhancement for Malaysia and Regional IB Operations in improvement of process workflow for better turnaround time, provide better services to internal and external customers.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Management/Department projects/ initiatives/ enhancements for IB Securities Operation, IB Credit Control and Regional Offices in improvement of process workflow for better turnaround time, provide better services to internal and external customers.Prepare process mapping and provide analysis for process improvement.
Propose and provide suggestion on the to-be process to deliver measurable and quantifiable process efficiency.Organize, coordinate and participate in projects/ initiatives/ enhancements discussion with stakeholders.Monitor and follow up with stakeholders on milestones, progresss and implementation timelineManage projects/ initiatives/ enhancement to complete within stipulated timeline, in cost efficiency manner and achieve objective.Attend stakeholders' feedback/ issues on projects/ initiatives/ enhancements related matter.Prepare projects/ initiatives/ enhancements updates to Management and stakeholders periodically.
Organize regular/ad-hoc meeting with Circles/Regional Offices and prepare meeting minutes/notes.
Adhoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements Requirements: Diploma - Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance/ Statistics/ Project Management or equivalent professional qualifications..
Experience in related Financial Services Industries and/or Project ManagementProficiency in MS Office tools i.e.
