Tourism Operations Manager

We are travel industry looking for an outstanding Operations Executive / Manager to join our team! 
The ideal candidate will have an ability to input specific data into our database as well as to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the team and the business flows. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will require to have previous experience in related fields.
 
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Input new information and updating existing database systems records as required
- Create and manage spreadsheets on the daily functions of the business
- Retrieve data as requested
- Prepare monthly performance review report and reevaluate processes
- Organize and store relevant documents accordingly
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage the daily functions of the operations department
- Research of additional information requested by the team
- Ad-hoc tasks from the superior

- MUST have 3+ years of experiences in a similar role in Travel Agency/Tour Operator/Tourism Industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fast typing skills
- Details Oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business

- Good time-management skills
- Team player
- Knowledge of Russian language is an added advantage
