Work closely with retail teams to ensure that product assortments and displays meet customer expectations and align with promotional calendars.
Ensure that products are optimally placed in-store to increase visibility and enhance the shopping experience.
Ensure that promotional materials and displays are updated regularly in line with customer engagement initiatives.
Review sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of current trade terms, product offerings, and merchandising strategies.
Recommend adjustments based on real-time data and store-level feedback to maximize sales potential.
Regularly report on key metrics related to trade performance, customer engagement, and retail traffic.
Provide actionable insights to management on ways to improve the customer experience, product offering, and overall store performance.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in trade operations, merchandising, or retail management, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or pharmacy industry.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to develop effective strategies for improving retail performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and retail associates.
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and retail management systems.
Strong understanding of merchandising principles, including visual merchandising and product assortment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment.
