Details of the offer

Standardize 5P elements of instore execution (RPS)

Monitor and report distribution file to ensure distribution adheres MSL

Accountable for POSM /merchandising needs for all category and ensure the implementation in the market in line with the launch and communication guideline

Coordinate with the agency on the month pricing and promotion tracking in a different channel

Keep track on monthly display and planogram compliance

Monitor the progress for all brand visibility initiative for all channel ie famous stop/flagship store (Key contact for supplier and internal sales teams)

Support Category Planning Process

Create and maintain the trade calendar of activities working with the key account, category manager and brand team

Develop the monthly bulletin for different channel every month

Track and update monthly promotion allocation

Tracking on the activity plan Vs Actual

Channel Planning

Support category manager in the annual Shopper Marketing Planning process, setting Category-specific channel objectives and Strategies to bring the Category Strategy to life in CMH and Baby store

Develop customer, channel (and geography) specific brand trade activities, and translate the plan for trade team to execute

Plan and Post evaluation on the channel activity

Skill, Education, Experience

Minimum 2 years of working experience with FMCG Companies

Bachelor’s degree

Strong operation skills
