Purpose of the position As the business continues to expand, they are introducing an established product range to new channels, targeting a market domestically and internationally. Therefore , we're seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager who is adept at managing data, driving BTL activities, and supporting the business through this growth phase to join us to support to the CEO / CMO and to ensure effective management of all key channel activities fort the Group Pet Care Division.
Key responsibilities & duties Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across Pet Care category. Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away.Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Brand Marketing, Event Marketing and sales management.Managed and participate for local and oversea exhibition.Leading efforts to leverage the Brand Positioning and solidify the company's superiority through our customers.Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs.Effectively use the trade marketing budget to achieve the sales target.Managed the Export Market Sale.Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;Managing the production of marketing materials (POSM), including proof reading, photo shooting, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;Develop Malaysia Market and monthly visit the distributors, wholesaler, re-sellers and Key Account Nationwide.Monitoring competitor activity;Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.Academic or trade qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Work experience and skills Minimum 10 - 12years of working experience in the related field.Preferably in FMCG industry are encourageableExcellent communication skills, including multiple languages.The ability to interact successfully across cultures.Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills and strong judgment and decision-making.Do not mind to work late and must have high in commitment and responsibility.Computer literate in Microsoft Office.Able to meet tight deadlines.Able to travel to outstation monthly for market visit.Has experience managing MT and GTProven track record on developing guidelines, tracking and managing sales stakeholder
