Job Description:
As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with both sales inquiries and service-related issues through our online chat platform. You will be interacting with customers mainly in Traditional Chinese and English, ensuring clear communication and support in written form while providing assistance in Cantonese for verbal communication when needed. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of maintaining professionalism and accuracy in fast-paced situations.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on products and services.Handle both sales and service-related chats, offering personalized assistance to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth handoffs of complex issues or escalations.Effectively communicate in Traditional Chinese (writing), English (writing), and Cantonese (speaking).Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations to enhance their experience.Keep accurate records of customer interactions and details of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to offer informed advice to customers.Requirements: High proficiency in Traditional Chinese (reading and writing), English (reading and writing), and Cantonese (speaking).Experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat environment.Strong communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly and accurately.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems and platforms.Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on solving problems efficiently.
