### Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and proactive **Virtual Assistant** to join our team. ### Responsibilities:

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system, ensuring all documents and files are easily accessible.

2. **Communication:**
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to appropriate team members.
- Draft and format correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.

3. **Data Management:**
- Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist in preparing regular reports for team meetings and management reviews.

4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Support various team projects by performing research, gathering information, and summarizing findings.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient execution of tasks and projects.

5. **Technology Utilization:**
- Utilize various software tools and platforms to manage tasks effectively (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
- Help troubleshoot and resolve basic tech issues that may arise within the team.

6. **Community Engagement:**
- Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives organized by the company, promoting community outreach and engagement.
- Assist in organizing events or activities to give back to the community, providing logistical support and coordination.

### Requirements:

- **Education:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent; coursework in business administration or a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- No prior experience is required, but any customer service or administrative experience is beneficial.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to find solutions independently and effectively manage tasks without constant supervision.
- Confident: Comfortable communicating with team members and stakeholders and taking initiative in a professional setting.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Teamwork: A strong team player who collaborates effectively with diverse groups and contributes positively to team dynamics.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to create compelling presentations and convey information clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) is an advantage.
