Join our team at The Culvert as a full-time Waiter/Waitress in Kuching, Sarawak. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall dining experience at our popular restaurant.
What you'll be doing Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming mannerTaking food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyDelivering orders to tables in a timely mannerEnsuring tables are clean, well-stocked and set up for the next customersHandling customer inquiries and requests with patience and professionalismAssisting with food preparation and stock replenishment as neededAdhering to all health, safety and hygiene standardsWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced dining environmentExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personalityStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work well in a team and under pressureGood numeracy skills and attention to detailFluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
