Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Make informed decisions to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to team goals and objectives to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Proficiency in project management and decision-making to handle multiple chat conversations effectively
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using web chat platforms and other communication tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
