Web Chat Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a Web Chat Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing online customer support through chat channels on our website.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues they may have- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and accurate information- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify and escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up to date on product and service offerings to provide relevant information to customers

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or online support role- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Adaptable to changing situations and able to think on your feet- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment- Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to customer needs effectively
