Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Web Chat Officer to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through web chat.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide accurate information.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about our services.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement in the web chat process and suggest innovative solutions.
6. Meet and exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
7. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools.
6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
