Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Web Chat Officer to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. This is a part-time remote work position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
3. Creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
4. Leadership qualities to take charge of customer interactions and provide guidance.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software.
