**Job Description:**
Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential to providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform. As a representative, you will engage with customers, answering queries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience that enhances their interaction with our brand.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via the web chat platform, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placements, account inquiries, billing questions, and technical issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough research and use problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively, providing accurate solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Celcom Axiata products, services, and promotions to better assist customers and cross-sell when appropriate.
- Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system with a high level of accuracy and detail to ensure follow up and resolution tracking.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes and ensure a unified response to customer inquiries.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills, ensuring personal growth and the ability to adapt to evolving customer needs.
- Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues and propose potential solutions on how to mitigate these problems.
- Help create a positive company image by being courteous, friendly, and empathetic toward customers, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a web-based platform or chat environment (minimum 1 year).
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and concisely while maintaining a professional tone.
- Confident and resilient personality, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and manage stress effectively.
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box when addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software and web chat tools.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
