Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure all daily production orders are completed according to the daily planning target.
Complete daily routine machine checklist before starting work.
Standardize machine settings according to products.
Conduct weld sample testing and document reports.
Weld in accordance with relevant welding procedure specifications.
Assess surface conditions and select the appropriate preparation technique to achieve specified results.
Ensure regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out.
Carry out any other duties directed by production line leader/supervisor/manager.
Ensure good housekeeping of the production line by carrying out daily 5S during the production process.
Ensure a proper and safer working environment by following company rules and regulations.
