Work Leader (Permit to Work Level 2 - PTW L2)Vitality Innovations Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Work Leader (Permit to Work Level 2 - PTW L2) to join our team in Miri, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a range of health, safety, and environmental activities across our construction projects.
What you'll be doing
Effectively managing and coordinating the Permit to Work system for all on-site activities
Conducting risk assessments and developing appropriate safety control measures
Providing on-site supervision and support to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Investigating incidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Delivering toolbox talks and safety training to site personnel
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental management
Collaborating with project teams to identify and address potential hazards
What we're looking for
Possess a valid Permit to Work Level 2 (PTW L2) certification
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in the use of relevant software and digital tools
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands
