Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the workshop and warehouse teams to consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
Plan and structure work schedules for mechanics and purchasing staff to optimize productivity.
Provide guidance on quality standards, ensuring teams meet performance targets and deliver high-quality work.
Oversee the preparation of equipment for delivery and collection, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Manage the housekeeping and overall organization of the warehouse, ensuring a clean and well-structured environment.
Foster a safe and healthy workplace, upholding high cleanliness and safety standards.
Monitor the condition of workshop tools, equipment, and facilities, ensuring regular maintenance and servicing.
Address technical issues and escalations proactively, ensuring swift resolution.
Prepare monthly reports to track workshop performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support and implement long-term strategies to optimize workshop and warehouse operations.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to overall operational success.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within heavy equipment, heavy machinery, or a similar industry.
Proven experience in leading structured workshop environments.
Solid technical expertise combined with excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities.
Ability to handle complaints and resolve complex situations effectively.
A team player with a flexible, collaborative approach to leadership.
