Bussiness Analyst

Job Responsibilities:  



-Understand client's business needs based on business requirements gathered and perform business process studies on new requirements or projects. 


-Elicit, analyse and translate/document business requirements and internal requirements into functional specification documents for application development and testing. 


-Coordinates with participating developer teams to clarify business requirement. 


-Analyses and prioritizes change requests and updates functional requirement specification documents accordingly. 


-Prepare and write a business requirement document when necessary. 


-Prepare user manual document for the developed products to client. 


-Closely work with a team of developers, designers, and quality assurers to meet project targets and quality objectives. 


-Assist and uncovering the test plan scenarios required for executions. 


-Troubleshooting and resolve customer/internal bugs and issues. 


-Support user acceptance testing, post-production, production issues review and track them to closure. 


-Able to adapt, be agile and manage constant changes.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or any other IT related field. 


-A minimum 1 year of experience working in any product development and/or systems or similar roles is required. 


-Able to communicate and written in English and Mandarin. 


-Effective communications and interpersonal skills. 


-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 


-Basic knowledge of various techniques/methods to perform business analysis tasks. 


-Proven business analysis skills. 


-Critical thinking and problem solving. 


-Basic knowledge of business process modelling. 


-Knowledge of the software development life cycle and its best practices. 


-Knowledge of SQL/MYSQL will be an advantage. 


-Knowledge of modern distributed systems development techniques like microservices, APIs, XML will be an advantage. 


-IIBA - Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) will be an advantage. 


-Knowledge of project methodologies will be an advantage.
