Boilerman

Responsibilities: Operate and maintain boilers to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal efficiency. Monitor boiler performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and meticulous record-keeping. Perform general and emergency repairs and maintenance on all plant and equipment related to boilers. Conduct regular inspections of boilers and other equipment. Document inspections required by government authorities. Schedule and carry out preventative maintenance inspections and repairs. Address any issues promptly to prevent downtime and ensure safety.  Requirements: Hold a valid Boilerman Grade II or I Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia. Familiarity with boiler operation and maintenance procedures. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative. Self-motivated and able to manage tasks efficiently. Ability to coordinate tasks and prioritize work effectively. High levels of flexibility to handle varying workloads and adapt to changing situations. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Strong team-playing skills to collaborate with colleagues and other departments Act with utmost integrity in all professional interactions.
