Job description:  Overall Scope Dealing with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and, Installation (EPIC) projectAssisting Procurement Manager to communicate with suppliers about all order documentation depending on the package type, track the status of production of manufacturing, problem solving to reduce the impact of late deliveries and shipments.Assist to manage the Procurement process and generating reportsAssist to liaise with vendors, engineering contractor, and PMTCollaborate with Project Managers for updates on delivery timelines if needed.Compile, record and report vendor performance and progress to Procurement Manager and Procurement headRequirements: 7 to 10 years Expeditor experience dealing with International ProjectsExperience in the Middle East Project is an added advantage.Bachelor's degree in any fieldFluent in Mandarin speaking as the role required to coordinate with Chinese counterparts.We regret that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
