• Support and advise client to secure and obtain project• Attend all related meetings and matter with clients, authorities, and sub-contractors• Propose appropriate solution according to client needs within fixed costing• Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities• On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline
Requirements
• Good knowledge in design, cost estimation, and prior experience in HVAC, General Process Utility• Excellent communication skills to explain technical specifics to peers and customers
