Job Responsibility Lead and oversee a dynamic team of marketing professionals, offering mentorship, guidance, and support to drive collective success. Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and effective guidance to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects, all within budget constraints. Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise strategic marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving sales growth. Support the creation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and content marketing. Monitor and lead SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization strategies. Stay up-to-date with social media and industry trends while developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and KPI Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth goals. Utilize quantitative methods, models, and research to understand merchant, buyer, and supplier behavior, providing valuable feedback to the product and strategic development cycle. Job Requirements Bachelorâs degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in both online and offline marketing, preferably within the home appliance industry or refrigeration and air-conditioning industry Proficiency in three languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Prior experience in leading a team. Demonstrated expertise in marketing principles and techniques, with a keen understanding of industry dynamics and consumer behavior. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Be proactive and possess strong leadership qualities & time management skills.
