Senior Associate, Financial Lines

Purpose of Job We are looking for talent who manages the support of day-to-day Financial Lines services. As a Financial Line Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate the issuance and renewal of insurance policies, ensure accurate and timely processing of policies documentation. Maintain relationships with client and provide assistance regarding policy detail and coverage. Billing checking and follow up with insurers on policy documents, notify insurer of any discrepancies, and amendment. Follow up with clients on premiums collection and address premium warranty due date. Follow up with insurers on policy documents, notify insurer of any discrepancies, and amendment. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that the company's operations comply with legal requirements. Knowledge and Experience and Skill Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related disciplines. Minimum 1 - 2 years' of related working experience in operations or support role, preferably in insurance broker company. Possess relevant knowledge of the principles of Insurance will be preferable Able to communicate effectively both orally and written in English Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point) Good organizational skills with attention to detail
