Core Deliverables
The role is required to assist with all strategic tasks within the division, including but not limited to proposal & report writing, performance management, program management, tracking, analysis and business process improvement Preparing and overseeing the production of periodic reports, presentations, and analytics to support strategic plans, KPI tracking, decision-making process and sentiment analytics (both inbound & outbound) for CLiC To manage CSI, analytics & reporting for CliC Monitoring of team and individual performance to ensure alignment with key milestones and KPIs Collaborating on and assisting in business plan/case development Coordinating and overseeing various meetings, including management, departmental, divisional, cross-functional, and cross-divisional meetings Acting as a central coordinator and custodian for divisional presentation materials, reports, and presentations, ensuring consistency and quality. Supporting partner/sponsorship/donation/CSR programs, including program assessment, coordination, and strategic alignment Identifying and analyzing current processes for business process improvement Qualifications Qualifications Degree holder in IT, business, marketing, management, or related fields Having two years' experience in a similar project-related field/experience of work is crucial. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
